HOT STAR® is a robust wheel made from impact-resistant, high-temperature-resistant plastic, designed to withstand extreme loads. It offers significantly higher abrasion resistance than conventional phenolic resin wheels.

HOT STAR® with Plain Bearing
The plain bearing for the 100 mm diameter consists of a stainless steel tube with a PTFE layer. For the 150 mm and 200 mm diameters, the plain bearing is made of stainless steel. This bearing is maintenance-free and ensures smooth, quiet operation. --> Kugellager – siehe unten.
HOT Line soft® with Stainless Steel Ball Bearings
Two ball bearings with heat-resistant grease ensure smooth operation. Heavy loads can be moved significantly more easily.
