Rings and Accessories for Conveyor Rollers

Our inventory includes over 147 standard types made from abrasion-resistant and durable materials. In addition to our proven standard range, we offer special material grades such as food-grade (white), antistatic, oil- and grease-resistant, and solutions for extreme temperature ranges (-40°C to 180°C). Custom sizes can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Solid Rubber Rings

Support rings Type-A

- Rubber-

Mounted on idlers, support rings are used as return belt rollers. A support ring has a disc shape. This helps prevent dirt from encrusting and building up on the idlers and ensures that the belt runs smoothly on the return side.

Idlers with B-type support rings are also employed as return belt rollers. As the edge of the belt is under high load, support B-type rings are mounted mostly in a block at the roll end.

Impact rings

- Rubber-

Idlers with impact rings are designed for feed and P/D stations. Thanks to the inside radius, impact rings are able to absorb drop energy and thus protect the belt from damages.

Large diameter disc

- Rubber-

Large diameter discs are used to bridge a larger distance between the idler and the belt. They support the belt and are preferably mounted on equipment using chevron belts or belts with zigzag profi le. Normally, large diameter discs have a tapered shape.

Polyurethane Rings

Polyurethane rings are designed for extended service life and are used in the same applications as Type A rubber support rings.

Cleaning Rings

Our cleaning rings are made from highly abrasion-resistant rubber compounds, ensuring extended service life.

Spiral rings

Spiral rings are attached to standard conveyor rollers for cleaning purpose. The center of the idler aligns the spiral rings to the right and left. Each ring has a marking for easy mounting. A complete idler with spiral rings is installed on the return side. As the conveyor roller turns, the wobbling motion of the spiral ring conveys the dirt from the center of the belt to the outside.

IGL-Brush ring for belt cleaning

IGL Brush Rings come with fl exible rubber bristels of 5,5 mm diameter and 50 mm length. The ring is fi tted one by one to built a brush and are preferably used to clean embossed surfaces such as chevron belts or for sweeping material. In addition fl exible bristles prevent material clogging and save the conveyor belt. Built in a motor driven version will improve brushing rate considerably.
